The Service

Postify is a social media publishing and scheduling service that helps you draft, schedule, and manage content across third-party platforms you choose to connect.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at [email protected].

Third-party platforms

The Service can connect to third-party platforms (for example, social networks) using their APIs. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's terms, policies, and rules. Postify is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, content removals, moderation decisions, account restrictions, or any other actions taken by third parties.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through Postify ("User Content").

You grant Devino Solutions Inc a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your User Content only as necessary to operate the Service and to publish to connected platforms at your direction.

You are solely responsible for your User Content, including ensuring you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to publish it and that it complies with applicable law and third-party platform rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

violate any law or the rules of any connected platform
post or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful
send spam or conduct abusive automation intended to manipulate engagement or evade platform restrictions
access data you are not authorized to access
interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security or integrity of the Service

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, violated third-party platform rules through the Service, or if we must do so to comply with law or to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devino Solutions Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Publishing and scheduling depend on third-party platforms. We do not guarantee that content will be published, delivered on time, accepted, or remain available on any platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devino Solutions Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service or any connected third-party platform.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we update these Terms, we will post the new version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
