Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our pricing
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings at any time. There are no contracts and no lock-in period.
What happens when I reach my monthly post limit?
Each plan includes a monthly scheduled-post quota — 30 posts on Free, 100 on Starter, 500 on Team and 5,000 on Agency — plus its own AI credit allowance. When you reach a limit Postify asks you to upgrade instead of charging you: there are no overage fees.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, one per workspace. You add a card when the trial starts so the plan continues automatically; cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. The Free plan needs no card at all.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law — that is why every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can test Postify fully before any charge. Our Terms of Service carry the full policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paid plans are billed by card — major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express — through our billing provider, RevenueCat. Card details are handled by the payment provider, never stored by Postify.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees and no onboarding charges. The price on the plan card is the whole price.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time — there are no cancellation fees, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
