Team workspaces

Postify workspaces are built for collaboration. Invite teammates to work in the same workspace — shared channels, shared media library, shared calendar. Team member limits depend on plan: 1 seat on Free and Starter, 5 on Team, 20 on Agency.

Approval workflow

On the Team and Agency plans, posts can go through an approval workflow before they publish — a reviewer signs off on content instead of it going straight to the schedule. This keeps a second pair of eyes between drafting and publishing.

Client review links

Agencies and teams working with external clients can share review links — a way for a client to review content without needing a Postify seat. Available on the Team and Agency plans.

Audit trail

Workspace activity — including every AI and API tool call, allowed or denied — is recorded in an audit trail you can review inside the app, so owners can always see who (or what) did what.
