Composing and scheduling
Write once, tailor per platform, schedule on a calendar, and keep evergreen queues topped up.
One composer, per-platform variants
You write a post once in the composer, then select the channels it should go to. Each selected platform gets its own variant of the post, so you can adjust the copy, hashtags, and media to fit each network — a long-form LinkedIn version and a tight X version can ship from the same post. Threads-style multi-part posts publish natively on platforms that support them.
Media library
Images and videos live in a workspace media library. Upload once, then reuse assets across posts. The library is searchable, so teams can find existing media instead of re-uploading it.
Scheduling and the calendar
Every post can either publish immediately or be scheduled for a specific date and time. Scheduled posts appear on the content calendar, where you can see your whole publishing plan at a glance and move posts to new times.
Postify can also suggest optimal posting times for your selected platforms using AI.
Evergreen queues
Queues let you keep a rotation of evergreen content publishing on a recurring schedule, including recycling posts, so your channels stay active without manually rescheduling the same content.
Delivery you can verify
Publishing is handled by a durable job engine. Each post records a per-channel delivery outcome — success or failure, per network — so "scheduled" never silently means "lost". If a channel's authorization expires, tokens are refreshed automatically where the platform allows it.
