## How publishing works [#how-publishing-works]

Every post starts as a draft. You pick the channels it should go to, optionally adjust the text and media per platform, then either publish immediately or schedule it. A durable job engine handles delivery, and each post records its per-channel delivery outcome, so you can always see whether a post actually landed on each network.
