## Analytics [#analytics]

The Analytics page shows workspace-level KPIs: how many posts were published, how many are scheduled, and your delivery success rate across channels. Analytics snapshots are collected by a background job so the numbers stay current without you refreshing anything.

Postify also uses your own historical data to inform best-time-to-post suggestions.

## Engagement inbox [#engagement-inbox]

The Inbox brings engagement from your connected channels into one place, so you can keep up with responses without hopping between native apps. A background sync job keeps it up to date.

## Delivery tracking [#delivery-tracking]

Beyond aggregate analytics, every individual post records its per-channel delivery outcome. If a post failed on one network but succeeded on four others, you see exactly that — per channel, with the attempt count and the platform's response. It is not a full per-attempt timeline: the view collapses to the latest attempt per channel and does not carry timestamps.
